General troubleshooting procedure

Verify that your API keys are working

Steps
  1. Log in to your Gambio dashboard.

  2. Go to Modules icon-puzzle-piece.png > Modules-Center.

  3. Select Mollie from the module list.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Click Verify token.

Verify that payment methods are activated in your Mollie account

Steps
  1. Log in to your Gambio dashboard.

  2. Go to Modules icon-puzzle-piece.png > Modules-Center.

  3. Select Mollie from the module list.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Scroll down to the Payment method list in the Payment methods section and check the value in the Mollie status column.

  6. If you see Disabled next to a payment method but the method should be enabled, follow the steps below.

    1. Go to Settings > Website profiles > Payment methods.

    2. Make sure the toggle next to the payment method is switched on.

Verify that Mollie payment methods are activated in your Gambio shop

Steps
  1. Log in to your Gambio dashboard.

  2. Go to Modules icon-puzzle-piece.png > Modules-Center.

  3. Select Mollie from the module list.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Scroll down to the Payment methods section and check the value in the Gambio status column of the payment method list.

  6. If you see Inactive here, click Configure next to the payment method

  7. Click Edit.

  8. Scroll down to the Enable payment method toggle and switch it on.

  9. Click Update to save your settings.

Verify that payment amounts are within bank limits

Check Mollie payment notifications in your Gambio shop

Steps
  1. Log in to your Gambio dashboard.

  2. Go to Modules icon-puzzle-piece.png > Modules-Center.

  3. Select Mollie from the module list.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Scroll down to the Notifications section and check the information in the Details column of the order concerned.

Check the log files

Steps
  1. To access the mollie log file:

    1. Open your FTP client and log in to your Gambio web server.

    2. Go to [path_to_gambio_installation]/logfiles.

  2. To access admin and php-error-handler log files:

    1. Log in to your Gambio dashboard.

    2. Go to Toolkiticon-wrench.png > Show logs.
