Limit order amounts

To define the set of payment methods that are available in the checkout for a specific order, you can set the minimum and the maximum order amount for each payment method.

If the order amount doesn't fall within a payment method's defined range, that payment method is unavailable to the customer in the checkout.

Define the checkout value for each payment method

  1. Log in to Lightspeed eCom and go to Apps > Purchased apps.

    This opens the Account settings page.

  2. Select Payment methods settings in the left navigation panel.

  3. Select the context for which you want to change the settings for the payment method from the dropdown:

    • Default settings: Set the default settings.

    • A country: Set the configuration for a specific country.

  4. Click Manage settings next to the payment method that you want to configure.

  5. Enter the desired minimum and maximum values in the Min/max checkout value input fields.

  6. Click Save.
